Baby Changing Stations in EVERY Public Restroom!

Have you ever taken your child into a public restroom to change his/her diaper, only to find that your only option is a tiny sink, or to sit on a puddled floor? I have - far too many times. For those of you without children just think about when you reluctantly put your personal items on the floor, like your purse or jacket. Nobody wants their beloved items to touch the germ infested ground. Now just imagine having to lay your child down or sit on one to change them!

We all know how filthy public restrooms can be. We've all been there: pushing open the stall door with an elbow, flushing the toilet with our shoe. And while most of us have a healthy immune system to fight off germs that can cause streptococcus, staphylococcus, E. coli, hepatitis A virus, the the common cold babies are not so lucky.

My goal is to make sure every public restroom (MEN'S AND WOMEN'S) is equipped with a facility to change our babies. I have a meeting with the California Capitol Staff regarding this issue.
