Ban Jeff Fortin for life from breeding dogs!

To Whom it May Concern:

We the Undersigned have an urgent concern for the safety of animals in the care of puppy mills and large breeding businesses.
After reading an article by Sharon Seltzer on Care2.com about the deplorable act of 1,200 dogs being euthanized at one shelter on the same day, we felt a strong urge to do something, anything to try stopping these unacceptable acts. These animals, babies really, could have had a chance at a life with a loving family, had someone gone a step farther to investigate how so many of them contracted the virus and how animal breeders like Fortin are somehow able to escape legal, and humane business practices, but instead continually break the law and make a profit. People like Fortin need to be stopped.
I am urging you to take steps to ensure justice is served for these animals.
