Discontinue Church Bells of St. Mark's Episcopal Church (Ridge and Grove)

St. Mark's Episcopal Church (corner of Ridge and Grove) ring very loud church bells every 15 minutes, beginning at 7am and ending at 10pm on a daily basis throughout the year. These bells are not part of any religious observation, only noting the time of day. In addition, these bells often ring off-cycle (past 12am) which is not in accordance with the Evanston Noise Ordinance.
As residents living in areas surrounding St. Mark's Episcopal Church, we feel these bells are too frequent, too loud and should should be stopped.
