Enjolie's Law: Parental consent required for travel

Black market adoption exists. Child pornography, prostitution and abuse exist. Mental anguish caused to both the abducted children and the parents of these children is irreparable.

ONCE A CHILD IS ABDUCTED, CURRENT CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY LAWS FACILITATE ABDUCTORS FROM BEING INTERCEPTED AND LEAVE CHILDREN'S WHEREABOUTS UNTRACEABLE.  THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO STRICT CHILD REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS.  PREVENTION IS KEY!!!

There is a Solution.

Congress must pass Enjolie's Law; which requires:
       1.   Every child to have an identification card with the name(s) of  
             the CUSTODIAL parent(s).  This id can be given to an
             entrusted adult by the parent(s) for travel or activities.
       2.   Every custodial parent's driver's license or id must have the name
             of the children in their custody. Any one stoped by police having
             a child will be questioned if they do not have the child's id or
             their id does not identify them as a custodial parent to the child.
             Law allows questions, traceability & child protection; not meant 
             to inconvenience or jail immediately those without ids. 
       3.   Every travel reservation site for hotels, car rentals, buses, trains, 
             boats, cruises and airlines must be mandated to include the
             name of every child, their date of birth and custodial parents' 
             contact information.
       4.   A national child abduction prevention database website needs
             to  be established.
                   A. This website should be a site where custodial parents'
                       register their court ordered custody award.
                   B. Parents will recieve a pin that they can input to the
                       website by phone or web to give travel consent for their
                       child's travel reservations. 
                   C. This website must be linked to all reservation systems.
                   D. Reservations made with children without previous consent
                       inputted to the website will generate an immediate
                       phone alert to the registered custodial parent informing of
                       the travel plans.
                   E. Any misuse will result in fines that will assist the upkeep of
                       the website database.  
                   F. This database website will create jobs that help our 
                      society.
