Force St. Louis Sippery to allow senior citizens to work

St. Louis Sippery has people that are only 18 years of age working there and the "young-only" look has got to go!  Lets force them to allow the older people to work for them.

It is time that St. Louis Sippery stops turning away older people for work.  Senior citizens deserve the right to work there as well as anybody else.
