Free Tilly

Tillikum, nick named Tilly, has been telling these theme park organizations for some time now by communicating his way which is attacking and killing the trainers.  Give Tilly a voice and finally free him so he doesn't kill again.  Tilly doesn't want to be a slave any longer.  He wants to be with his pod.  Give  him the right to have his freedom.  Thank you for your concern and dedication.
