BP Oil Spill Aid for ALL Gulf Nations

The United States is not the only gulf nation.  Mexico and Cuba among others will also feel the effects of millions and millions of gallons of oil spilled into the gulf, killing wildlife and ruining the livelihoods of men and women who work the waters for their wages.

President Obama's success in creating a $20 billion dollar fund to aid American citizens to cope with this tragedy is certainly an achievement, but it does not encompass the entire picture.  BP, whose funds are covering damages along the American gulf coast, should be held accountable for any oil that washes up on the shores of other gulf nations as well.  This is not a American problem, but an international tragedy, and BP should pay for its negligence regardless of international borders.
I applaud your actions to create the $20 billion dollar fund to help aid the American people whose livelihoods depend on the gulf waters, but this is only part of what should be demanded of BP.  BP's carelessness will not just affect Americans.  I sincerely hope that you will acknowledge the international impact that will certainly be caused by an oil spill of this magnitude, and that you will do everything that is within your power to make BP pay for damage caused to foreign shores.  Nations like Mexico and Cuba must receive what they deserve from those responsible for this tragedy.
