Have the Gas tax go to public transit

We want our bus and streetcar systems to be expanded for the sake of clean air and so our state residents can have eaiser ways to and from work  It's the only way to help rebuild our cities and keep our residents out of trouble.  Owning a car has gotten pretty expensive these days.  And to help get the economy reorganized and back on track is to have better public transit.
