HELP STOP FOLA COAL MTR MINING PERMIT #0302292

In accordance with WV Code 22-3-21(b) we may appeal the DEP decision to the Surface Mine Board within 30 days of the applicant being notified. Fola Coal was notified on May 3rd, 2010 so that gives us a little over 2 weeks to gather signatures and mail the petition through certified mail. Please help us stop Fola Coal from taking anymore of our mountains!
