Jimmy's Law
There are thousands of animals being put to sleep in the USA every day. We need to make it a law that all people who are not registered and responsible breeders have their pets spayed or neutered so we can put a stop to all the senseless killing of pets.
We the undersigned would like to make it a law nation wide that all pets must be spayed or neutered to help control the pet population. If they are not a registered and responsible breeder ALL pets MUST be fixed! Shelters across the nation and around the world put thousands of unwanted animals to sleep each and every day. This slaughter of the innocent animals has to stop, we need to act now! With all the low cost and free spay neuter programs around the country there is no excuse for the senseless killing of these poor animals that depend on us to survive.
If we ban together, we can make this happen!
