Stop Child Abuse

Seven Laws that MUST be Enforced by the U.S. Government to Protect Children from Abuse
  1. In order to receive assistance from DHS the parent(s) must submit to a drug test.
  2. If they test postive for drugs or alcohol before or after pregnacy then they have to be willing to enter a drug rehab to get help in order to receive assistance from DHS.
  3. New parent(s) must attend parenting and education classes to learn how to be a parent in order to receive assistance from DHS.
  4. There must be a law that parent(s) who are being investigated can not leave the county until the case has been closed by DHS.
  5. When a parent(s) is reported for abuse by others DHS must act, immediately.
  6. When the Case Worker contacts those who reported the abuse, DHS should be just as concerned as the person who reported the abuse.
  7. DHS main concern must be the child's welfare and safety.
