Keg Registration to prevent underage drinking!

I support the Lake County Florida Keg Registration ordinance that requires all vendors selling kegs for off-premises consumption to place a keg registration tag on all kegs to be traced if the contents are used illegally.  This ordinance requires persons who purchase kegs to sign a statement stating that they will not furnish beer to underage youth, and present two forms of identification.  The ordinance makes it illegal to possess an unregistered keg in Lake County.
