Laws that allow harrassment

I have a real problem with how OUR laws are written.
Currently it doesnt matter what a person says or does they are entitled to infringe upon my personal security, and peace of mind.

I say this due to this fact (1)a physican who doesnt like you or your attitude, (2) a cop who pulls you over and smells a tuti fruity smell on your breath,(3) a judge that doesnt understand and cant comprehend you not behaving in the manner he sees fit for you to behave, (4) a neighbor who feels slighted by not being invited to your memorial day BBQ. All of these people can say " I believe that this person is a danger to themselves as well as thier children and I believe CPS needs to check into this" Now lets examine each one. 
(1) a physican will say that suspecting mental illness, not a death in the family, not someone being fatally ill. I find that if im having an off day I let my Physican know the second he walks in - mental illness is then off the table.
(2) Acop assumes that you have been drinking sweet alcholic beverages, and smoking marjuania. Keep a wallet card list whether or not hou have diabetes / hypoglycemia. When he asks for ID, insurance/registration/include your wallet card with this information. instead of going to jail, he calls an ambulance.
(3) Not every on recats to stress the same way. Some of us when persons in a postition of authority attemping to harrass or intimidate us insteading of getting quiet and meek, turn angry and get enraged that anyone in such a position would even attempt the power plays that are just so common anymore. Whhich then makes them feel like thiey are endanger.(4) If you have neighbors that miss the old neighborhoods ( everyone knows everyone) all children are respectful of all of the adults just cause. These people can pick up the phone and say "In all of my years i have never run across a more rude mother than that witch"
All of these people I believe should be held accountable for making false allegations. You make a false police report you go to prison. You make a false CPS report and you are congratulated for being a pillar of our society.
DISCIPLINE is NOT ABUSE!!
BRUISES, BROKEN BONES, SEX WITH A MINOR, LOCKING THE CHILDREN UP, TYING CHILDREN DOWN, STARVING CHILDREN, BUYING CHILDREN, SELLING CHILDREN, THESES ARE ABUSE!!
PERSONS WHO ADOPT CHILDREN W/O EVER MEETING THE CHILDS PARENTS AND FINDING OUT WHY THE CHILD IS BEING ADOPTED IS IN MY OPINION PURCHASING A CHILD. CPS CANNOT POLICE THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN WHILE AT THE SAME TIME BEING THE PRIMARY PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADOPTING OUT CHILDREN TOO - THIS IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

WE NEED TO STOP THIS WE NEED TO HAVE ONLY 1 PRIMARY PURPOSE FOR EACH OFFICE.

POLICE - ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR POLICING - THEY ARE NOT REPONSIBLE FOR PROSECUTION. NOR ARE THEY RESPONSIBLE FOR INCARSERATION LONG TERM.

THATS WHY THERE IS A DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.

I BELIEVE THAT EACH AGENCY SHOULD ONLY HAVE 1 ISSUE THAT THEY DEAL WITH.

I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THOSE WHO MAKE REPORTS JUST TO MAKE THEM NEED TO BE PROSECUTED FOR IT.
DID YOU KNOW THAT 5000 YEARS AGO IN THE MIDDLE EAST THAT IF YOU MADE AN ACCUSATION THAT WAS FALSE YOU PAIDN WITH YOU LIFE. REAL GOOD DETERANT TO NOT MAKE ANY ACCUSATIONS. ANYONE REMEMBER THAT OLD SAYING " IF YA AINT GOT NOTHIN NICE TO SAY DO SAY NOTHIN AT ALL"
