Repealing the ban on Video Poker and imposing strict regulations can make this publicly perceived bad business become a state regulated education money generator. A citizen should have the right of choice to play, or not to play. There is no difference between buying a scratch-off lottery ticket and playing a video poker machine, both are forms of a game of chance. Lets end our states budget woes and get our public education out of last place.
