Limit Government to America's Choices

*  All US Senate and Congress men and women are to serve not more    than 3 terms.

*  The US President will still remain 2 terms.

*   If they have already served 3 terms they will complete their term they are presently serving but will not be allowed to run again.

*  10% of salary will be awarded for each year served for all Senate and Congress who have served more than 3 terms up to 75% of their pay at time of leaving for their service.  They will not be allowed to run again for their present seat.

*  They may run for another office prior to their 75th birthday as Governor, Mayor, Congress, Senate or President as long as their record deems them worthy by providing their resume to the city, state or United States (if they plan on running for President) in the venue they are planning to run.

*  There will be only three possible slots and the top three resumes will be chosen   by the people who reside in the area they are applying (example city, state, county or the US).  An election will be held after the three choices for each slot have been made and the clear winner will be the person with the most votes not the most electoral votes. 

*  Electoral votes are no longer allowed.

*  Top three choices will not be chosen by Political parties but by the American People via a poll website where by each person voting will have to be a registered voter and will be given one vote each.

*  After each term the person in office will have to resubmit their resume with 30 min videos of their accomplishments and or failures with references so the American people can review background and check their report card on how they did their job during the term they served. 

*  Any unlawful behavior during term, they will be removed from office and may be convicted with fines and jail time after a speedy trial with a jury of American taxpayers. 

*  All bills and laws Senate and Congress attempt to pass must not include earmarks, favors, payoffs, fund or bribe special interest groups, etc. etc. Bills must be directly to help improve America or its Citizens and will put bills/laws on Website for all Americans to review for 30 days prior going to vote.   All bills must have at least a 51% or better approval rating.

*   Any changes to bill or law prior to going to vote will have to be resubmitted for approval for another 2 weeks by the American people.

*  Senate and Congress will not receive any salaries if they chose to run for another position that will take them away from their duties more than 25% of the time. 

*   Senate and Congress will not receive any retirement fund other than they themselves have contributed to while serving office with the government matching from 8 to 10% depending on what term you are in.  (Higher percentage is given to reward them for serving their country and public office)

*   Senate and Congress will receive no health care after they complete their terms but can extend coverage through COBRA for up to 36 months at their own expense.

*  Senate and Congress will receive no salaries or pensions after leaving position of public office other than what they have contributed.

*  Senate and Congress will not be provided any special treatment and not be exempt from bills and laws they have created for the American People. 

*  Senate and Congress will be awarded Social Security and Medicare at their choosing at any age after 62 like any other senior American Citizen.

*   President of the United States will limit vacation time to two weeks a year and limit parties at the White House unless it applies to his or her job as official business.

*   President will not be allowed to use Air Force One or any other Taxpayer owned or paid for vehicle or personnel for private use other than official business in his position and not for special interest. 

*   President, Congress, Senate and their families will conduct themselves in such a way to spare taxpayer expenses that are outlandish and not of official business.

*  The first lady will not be provided a salary unless she holds an official job which she provides a service to the American Taxpayers.

*  Czars will be limited to 10 and their job descriptions will be made public as well as their resumes and salaries to the American Public. 

*  Assistances to the first lady will be limited to 1 under her role as First Lady.

*  Anyone holding an official job under the President must have experience and their resume and salary must be made public to the American people. 

*  The offices of the President, Senators and Congressmen/women should be transparent to all American Citizens. 

*  All taxes imposed on the American Citizen will be imposed on every person who lives in the United States with no prejudice to race, creed or nationality.   This includes anyone who is here illegally.

* All laws imposed on the American Citizen will be imposed on every person who lives in the United States with no prejudice to race, creed or nationality. 

*  No special tax breaks for student or business loans or any loans will be given to anyone who is not an American Citizen by the American Government. 

*  Questions about race and age will be removed from all government forms to eliminate prejudice against all races and age groups to obtain government loans for schools or businesses as long as they are an American Citizen.
