Parking at TTU Parking at TTU could become much easier by simply building a parking garage. As seen below, a 145,00 square foot, 5 story garage can be built for a little over 5 million dollars. With a tuition raise of only $20 a year at our current enrollment of 10,800 students, this building could be paid off in less than 30 years. I can%u2019t speak for other students but I would be glad to pay $10 more a semester to get a garage similar to this. I realize I would never reap the benefits, as I will hopefully be gone before it would be completed, but I believe it would greatly benefit the university.
