The Vampirefreaks.com Unmoral Site Ethics Petition

  • al: The Undersigned
  • destinatario: VF Admin, Staff, Infiltration and The Laws and Concordances acts of NYC
To All Those That May or Could Be Concerned,
To The Parents of Those Children and Teens on Vampirefreaks.com,
and to all the admins and modding staff of vampirefreaks.com,
especially those on the infiltration unit, cult group:

I bring you this petition, not to be a brat who was downrated or any of the sort,
but as a concerned member, and fellow webmaster of a social network.
There are things going on through Vampirefreaks.com that should not exist on this website. For instance, Ratings and Power-bombing. This exists so that unwanted members of vf can be voted and condemned off the site. However,
Top-ranking admins now do things like downrate users, so their total perfect scores can be broken. For the person already depressed, because of bad home lives or whatever have you, this can lead to a built up, negative hatred for those who down rate and do things on social sites they shouldn't do.
When I was a premuim user, I understood it was my right to get these off the site because they were pervy old people that preyed on the younger users.
Jet's terms of service actually allow the membership of ages 13 ages and up to vampirefreaks.com, which originally was a music download site but has become a leading number one site for social network for the gothic industrial music scene.
Though this site Jet has layout designers as members, graphic art designers, music fans, and other older people who actually could get fined for even talking to a person under the ages of 17, which is usually considered emanicapation age (where you can be declared sue juris, and can live outside of your parent's or legal guardian's domain.)
The fines for these are expensive, and time consuming Anyone could talk to a teen, or a child. Technically is a member is an adult and they do talk to a teen, its considering flirting due to that being a social network. Its punishable up to five years in jail for the adult, a 35k dollar fine in most states, and a 13 year juvi jail sentence for the teen. It%u2019s also hazardous for parents of the child or the guardian, they can get fined up to 5,000 of fines, and have to do parenting classes through human resources for up to five years, including internet training of cybersitter.com or another blockade in the home on the computer.
Rates and Powerbombs should be taken off the website, since they are used to make people feel ugly, downtrodden and unpostive about their lives. I bet that there are instances where kids have cut themselves or hurt themselves due to "people on vf who have done this type of behavior".
Teen and Children have gone missing from home, due to the vampirefreaks site where they have met members they come down to their homes and get them even willingly, and this should not be done. It makes me wonder if Jet, as a webmaster, and the admins, which work for his site for free are even aware of the rules and regulations of running a real social network. Most sites have age verification and do not allow members under age 18. If they are enabled to work for his site, and be admin or mod staff, in any way shape or form, they too can be punished via the law, in their given state, on a bunch of laws: Contribution to Minors is more than just allowing them to do drugs or learn about this through the internet or alcohol. They can talk to adults, cam and possibley see naked images, and sexual adminstrations on site thru Chat, Cam Chat via the userplane flash chat, Instant Messenger devices, seeing links of nude people/topless/softcore videos and images, and items that are not supposed to be on the site; as well as sexting, asking to see others naked via cam on im and chat, posting images of them being half naked, or breasts-showing, underwear posting and other items, that looks like a modeling gig for the SucideGirls.com which is a site for underwear pin-up models who are barely 18 in and that of itself.
Jet and these infiltration unit members, who make vampirefreaks pages on other websites like Tumblr.com, facebook.com, myspace, myyearbook, tagged, fubar, bebo and other sites, should know the rules and regulations of what should be allowed on  a website like vampirefreaks.com which does not follow or fit healthy social networking guidelines. Cult Groups which stands for culture groups, actually allow spamming. Spamming here increases vf point count, and vf point counts can actually buy site premium points like lifetime prem, month of prem, a yr of prem and so so on. Some of these points actually allow dates with Jet.
"You can redeem points for:
1 Month Premium Membership    2,500 points
1 Year Premium Membership    10,000 points
50 Vampirefreaks Stickers    2,000 points
10 VampireFreaks Buttons    2,500 points

Now You can see why I am Concerned, and why some of you should be concerned?
Most of the admins accounts have thousands of messages from vf users and members complaining about site points, how do I cash them or trade them in? How do I get my items? How do I do this? How is that done? Where are the rules and site FAQS that deal with the terms of services? http://vampirefreaks.com/faq.php This is a majority of the site FAQ, no where on it does it mention rules or whatever. <a href="http://vampirefreaks.com/faq.php">FAQ for VF</a>. Here is the only rules thread I saw on the forums, and it is by a one of the admins, ScarlettVamp. Notice it says she is a MOM, and check out the user titles she is posting: <a href="http://vampirefreaks.com/forum/comment.php?entry=299324">This Thread</a> which is also quoted down below, because its relvent.

http://vampirefreaks.com/termsofservice.php Is a copy of the long and rather outdated and confusing user terms of service and propoganda.
<a href="http://vampirefreaks.com/termsofservice.php">TOS</a> they have not been updated since 2007. Interesting. Technically, as being a member of vampirefreaks.com, you the user must contain accurate and correct and updated information which means using of a fake name for any purpose or age is actually in violation of the terms of services. This includes age and everything. Technically by the means in which this was written it says everything you upload becomes property of synth-tec inc., so technically your identity is owned to them, when you join. (and you must keep correct and accurate information as so owned by the Lanham Act, which this was overthrown in 1970 as a violation of people's personal rights and is no longer allowed to be in effect due to the nature of some people that worked purportedly under it's Law and Name's Act.) I am sure they may or may not have meant this when they made this site a reality, yet that one codex or term does actually go against the freedom and the statues of the US Constitution and is in violation of the free speech act, and the freedom of unions act, against small parties, in favor and there under and before God, (which is probably outdated itself, BUT because it is founding disipline for our Country, it can not be faulted or ruled against. This is one way the US Constitution always wins in its favor as it should do when this kind of thing is thrown out in the open.
So technically, We have Incorrect and overthrown Acts, a membership database that is actually illegal and unpending, members going willy-nilly with one another, and site acts going on between underaged and adults.
This is the Lanham Act as is distributed by Wikipedia. Its against Copyright Infringement: <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lanham_ Act">Lanham Act</a> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lanham_Act Technically, according to this act, Vampirefreaks, and Synth-tec Inc are in violation of their own act, because they actually do allot of false advertising based on their terms of service and what they allow currently on their site. What's that say about vampirefreaks.com? Potentionally, I believe its a site for kids to disappear on, because their are sexual predators on that site that want you to cam, and show them nude images, and sexting.
This document does do find that Jet Berelson and his team of administrators are actually not doing their jobs or meaning well with their website in general. If you do not believe me, ask them what their means are to do with their website, and then base that on what you actually see happening on the website.
