Put the Cat Murderer Behind Bars

A weeks-old gray tiger kitten was found wrapped in a white T-shirt by construction workers on 9th Street in Troy, N.Y. Shot three times by a pellet  BB gun, the kitten was left to die in a garbage can, suffering from gunshot wounds and a broken leg. Despite efforts to save him at a local veterinary clinic, the kitten died.

McDonough said this is the third unsolved case of cruelty to a cat since, a mutilated and tortured cat was found tossed into the Hudson River, near Madison Street. Weeks later, a 6-month-old cat was found tortured and dumped in the middle of the Congress Street Bridge. No evidence suggests the three cases are connected. Whoever the person that murdered those poor kittens was needs to be put behind bars. If you feel they should do a lot more investigation on the poor kitten then sign this petition. Put this guy behind bars.
