Save 4000 Species

  The government of the Canary Islands wants to put hundreds of plants and animals in danger by downgrading their protected status,because they want NEW HOMES and GOLF COURSES.
  The Canary Islands are home to about 400 species and sub-species that DO NOT exist anywhere else in the world.
  They have approved a bill that will see the removal of more than 1/2 of the named species from the protected list.
  We CANNOT let this happen.

  We the undersigned are BEGGING you to stop this madness.If you allow the status of these protected plants and animals to be downgraded you are signing their death warrant. PLEASE don't let that happen.We have already lost to much as it is.Thank you for saving these ENDANGERED plants and animals.
