Last August my husband of five years left me and filed for a divorce taking every penny and leaving me destitute. He sold our home; I lost my car, and my every means of stability to be able to support and raise our 4 year old daughter. I was not able to afford an attorney and was forced to rely on the mercy of my family, my friends and the courts to help me make this injustice right. With no money to be able to afford proper representation the judge did not want to hear the facts before her and I was denied the financial means to get proper representation, leaving me to be shuffled around the friend of the court system to the point now where I am now fighting for the custody of our daughter because of the lack of financial means. I%u2019ve had to endure psychiatric evaluations and child protective service investigations. He%u2019s gone over and above the disgust factor by displaying some very private and personal pictures that were meant for his eyes only during our marriage. He gave those pictures to the friend of the court falsely accusing me of having no values or morels to raise our daughter.
Prior to marrying my husband in 2003 I raised my 2 older daughters single handed for 14 years, they are now 24 and 19 now I have a one year old Grandson. I am 42 years old and have spent my entire adult life raising my children, 14 years as a single Mother and now struggling to raise my 4 year old daughter while all these disgusting allegations are being thrown around the courts, destroying all of my creditability on being the upstanding Mother I have been for the past 24 years. With the help of the company that I helped him build and support he has infiltrated hundreds of thousands of dollars to create an empire for himself and then leaving me in a trail of financial disgust and dishonest doings while I%u2019m trying to raise our 4 year old daughter. He%u2019s accused me of such disgusting and destroying character faults, that I have to defend the custody of my daughter. How can the FOC even except those pictures as evidence? They were personal and private pictures for my husband only. The FOC woman told me she would have me arrested if I didn't give them back to her when she handed them to me and asked me "Explain these pictures to me"? It was like someone punched me in the stomach. I actually had to hand them back to her, but when I came back to give her an ablum of family pictures her comment was. "I'm sorry we don't except family photo's"... So with that happening to me, does this mean they think Mom's who pose naked in "Playboy" or actors/Moms who play roles in movies are not good Moms? Just how disgusting is the court systems, is there any justice?
