Stop Dr. Dawn Blackmar from inhumanly euthanizing animals in Harris County.

Animals that are brought into the Harris County animal control office in Houston, TX don't stand a chance. They are supposed to be given 3 days for  adoption or before euthanasia. If they are injured they are supposed to receive medical attention. Dr. Blackmar doesn't believe they should have that much care or time. She has routinely overseen the killing of animals in a totally inhumane manner. She has been reprimanded in the past, but she continues to kill helpless animals. She has refused to work with local animal rescue groups. Animals in the shelters care have been injected in their chest and thrown on the floor to die in full view of other animals who are minutes away from the same fate. Live animals have been put in freezers with dead animals. In Harris County she has been breaking the law. It's time for Dr. Blackmar to go. Please sign the petition to have Dr. Blackmar removed.
