Veterans of America, this petition is to ask for your help. Im sure that, in some way or another, the VA (the ones that are supposed to be HELPING us) is screwing us over! We need to put a stop to this once and for all!!! Join us with our mission. Both Gary and Craig were medically discharged. Gary was assigned a payee and "field rep" to take care of all of his bills,living expences, ect. The VA deemed Gary mentally incompotent to take care of all of his expences. Mind you, Gary was paying EVERY bill and properly taking care of his finances. The problem is, is that the VA is NOT doing what they are (by law) supposed to be doing with his money. We have documented proof that bills of all kinds have not been paid on time- and Gary is the one who is "financially incompotent?"
Craig was in the Marines but did not see combat. He completed basic training but was honorably discharged under general conditions due to medical reasons. The problem with him is that when he was discharged, the Corps didnt tell him that he was also signing his benifits away until after he signed. Now the VA is saying that I am NOT disabled. Craig was diagnosed with a slipped disk in back which is now scoliosis and chronic back pain and lost hearing in his right ear for a month. ALL SERVICE CONNECTED!!!!
Both Gary and Craig are being given the run around to do this and that just to prolong the inevitable. THIS IS VERY FRUSTERATING FOR BOTH AND NOW ITS TIME TO TAKE ACTION!!!!!!!!!!! Please help us with our mission to TAKE DOWN THE VA!!!!!!!!
