Taking executive action back from Alabama

Make it evident that the executive of the United States, the President, has powers that offset the right of a single opposition senator to stall the right of the executive branch to place government servants.  Move federal judges from Alabama to fill empty seats in other places; close federal offices in Alabama and suspend their employees of the government; direct the pentagon procurement officers to suspend as many contracts as possible that are at home in Alabama.  Close federal parks and Historic sites in Alabama.

We, the undersigned, have a suggestion in dealing with the Alabama senator that
is stalling the process of filling government positions:

Make it evident that the executive of the United States, the President, has
powers that offset the right of a single opposition senator to stall the right of
the executive branch to place government servants.  Move federal judges from
Alabama to fill empty seats in other places, close federal offices in Alabama and suspend their employees of the government; direct the pentagon procure-
ment officers to suspend as many contracts as possible that are at home
in Alabama.  Finally, close federal parks and historic sites Alabama.
