Petition to use the 3.8 Billion dollar proposal on building a fence to secure the border.

We need to end this now. We need to say 'If you can appropriate 3.7 Billion to harbor illegals then you can use the same money to secure the border and then deal with the children after we stem the tide created by this administration.' There is no time to waste. Obama will not stop so we must stop him. It is time to do your job and save this country from being dismantled from the inside out.
