T& T Citizens and CWU say No to the closure of TSTT Bmobile Public Offices.

We the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago (51% Shareholders of T.S.T.T.) demand that T.S.T.T immediately reverse the decision to close its Public Office locations throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

As Loyal customers of this State controlled organization we must not be stripped of our fundamental right to choose. The Public Office is our preferred and only direct link to TSTT, not only for bill payments, but also for timely launching and resolving of queries, acquisition of new and additional value-added services, experiencing quality customer service, in a safety compliant, secured / monitored and ambient environment. Having the peace of mind knowing that my personal information will stay confidential and out of the public domain.

Although the technological advances cannot be ignored, T.S.T.T. must not negate the fact that, the Public Office - The direct Customer and Provider interface experience adds Social Value and minimizes the avenue for ambiguity, miscommunication and misinterpretation in treating with Customers’ needs.

As loyal customers, TSTT never sought our input and ideas on their decision to close the Retail Stores.
