We that live on hwy 30 have seen alot and have been in alot of accidents just coming home! This past weekend february 2nd 2019 a 8 month pregnant women and her three sons 7,8,10 were traveling home after getting things for her baby shower , My kid brother was turning into my place which is on hwy 30 at west lake in fremont ne, and a car who says they didnt see them....rearended them and ended up flipping and landing on top of that mothers vehichle going the other direction killing them all in that car! Well for that mother and her 3 kids and unborn child and her family its a tragedy .We all seen things we should have not seen on that day that will scar us for life. There has been many wrecks here! And almost way to many for my self coming home! Thats because theres no lights on this highway, no turning lanes for residents and no speed reductions.... so when its dark its hard to see turing vehicles. This is also a highway that has no shoulder! And has many people that live off this highway! We have seen way to many wrecks and deaths that you cant even fathem and there not even in the statistics! Were sick of coming and going from our homes in fear...they have said many times they were going to do something about this highway cause of the deaths that have been reported and for the accidents that havnt been reported, well nothing is being done and we are all sick of seeing this and being feared for or lives!
