Remove Barrier on Gold Street, Manchester, NH

Living at the red oak apartments one of the highlights of renting there was easy access to Hannafords, Sams Club, TD Bank, Walmart, Petsmart, Burlington Coat Factory, Mall of NH etc. All this new barrier caused is more mayhem. Instead of using gold street to access those shops ... we have to go out of our way to go in the complete opposite direction and do a whole circle around the area onto either the highway or south beech to get to south willow. Many tenants have moved out of here for that reason. We are paying a high enough rent and it makes no sense to since we lost one key opportunity thats direct access to gold street, john devine.

REMOVE THE BARRIER - COME UP WITH A DIFFERENT PLAN THAT DOESNT AFFECT THE RESIDENTS.
