Rename the PSAL Boys Basketball trophy in Pearl's honor

Carry on Pearl's legacy where it began in the NYC PSAL. Pearl was instrumental in bringing the NYC HS basketball game to the national forefront. His HS games were an event played at night to accommodate the fans.
