Please Unleash Justice for the Dogs Locked in Hot Car in Hot Springs, AR

Paul Pirolozzi of Hot Springs Ar left his 2 dogs in a hot car for almost an hour. The Sheriff's department recorded the temperature to be over 100 degrees after the dogs had been rescued. When confronted with the situation, this elderly disabled man had no remorse. He is pleading not guilty to the animal cruelty charges. His dogs were also returned to him.
Please suggest that Judge Switzer temper justice with mercy and remove these or any other animals from his care as well as a penalty that will allow Mr Pirolozzi to appreciate the gravity of his actions.
