PLEASE SIGN AND SAVE OUR DOG

We just got our dog Savannah, a 10 yr old mixbreed, a couple months ago. She started off in an abusive home. Then my sons teacher adopted her. She kept her until she had her 2nd son, and they were still living in an apartment. 
Then we gladly took her. She was terrified of all men. But from living with us she is fine with all men who don't hurt her( even if they did she would just yipp and maybe growl). She has never hurt or showed aggression to any other animal or person. We always keep our dogs in our backyard fenced in. Our neighbors just dont care they have backyards but let there dogs roam which is illegale in Utah.
2 months ago or so one of the dogs came over to our fence line and got in a little fight with our dog, neither dog hurt very badly the other dog had one bite. Our dog had many around her face and neck.
Our nieghbors are taking us to court over this small incident. The nieghbors son also works for the city rescue team, So with his conections to the police, he called and had us charged with dog attack and dog at large, I asked the officer if he seen our dog at large he said no. I told the officers that we are the only ones in our neighbor hood who keep their dogs in their backyard. I begged him to let this small incident go, but if he was going to charge me, that they definateley should be charged also. He refused. They also had conections to the first judge(who knew them or was related he didn't recuse himself until after listening to one of the witnesses lie threw his teeth) who denied us an attorney, They didn't even look at our income.
LateR on we found she was abused before this incident by our nieghbors. They shot her with bb guns blow darts and tried stabbing her with prunners. We also got a taller fence and our dog stays inside now.
PLEASE HELP BY SIGNING THIS OUR DOG IS OLD AND NEEDS THIS SIGNED BY ANYONE WHO CARES IF THIS SMALL DOG LIVES OUT ITS LAST DAYS IN HUGE BACKYARD WITH A LOVEING FAMILY!!!
