Human trafficking is on the rise and does so due to war and transgressions against the poor. Economic collection of 18 year old vulnerable populations and younger are being exploited by family or criminal elements and at times authorities and politicians. Black mail cant happen if we reduce the amount of adult material made by younger adults, as would be the intention of this law. It also comes at a time where spiritual beliefs are being used for military purposes which emboldened a rise in criminality. This law would address international relationships with more universal standards. It also falls in line with economical responsibility with health concerns of being legal age to purchase smoke nicotine or cannabis or consume alcoholic beverages. I intend for this law to be abridged for accepted states and counties to adhere but not imprison or penalize as but through which the offense deems necessary.
