To stop a Dangerous sex offender from being released to public

This man Kieth Theodore Constantin is being release to a halfway house here in Hamilton close to Gage Park.

www.cbc.ca he has a multipul of offences from assault with a weapon, sex with minnors and much more I have added a link to where you can read more on the sick and twisted person. There are way too many children in the area here and he should be left in jail for the rest of his life. I can guarantee he will reoffend on many of these and he is a high risk to the public and the safety of others. The government has no concern for the public safety and neither does the law. I am pleading with people no matter where you live to sign this petiton to stop this from happening in our city or any other city. Help keep this man behind bars where he belongs. I am thanking you all in advance for you support. With one of the charges of explosivesin his possession I would say that he is a terrorist in the making.
