Stopping Puppy Mills

Puppy mills are places that only care about money and not the well being of dogs. They force the animals to breed nonstop in unsanitary conditions and sell profit off of the puppies. The puppies then go to local pet stores and are sold to the public. They should b e stopped for the well being of animals and to help stop over population.
