too provide professional patient care without calling security, and stop provoking patient to go off there tree for there personal reason regarding to mental health patient,
also if patient doesn't want to go under general anaesthetic even if they don't want the operation or change there mind don't physical force patient to go under against there will even if it was life threatening or not, even any other surgical procedures,

provide prober patient care/ medical officer to patient in the district hospital with 24/7 emergency care with actual medical officers instead of local General practitioner providing treatment at the emergency dept,

in some district hospital eg cessnock there should be emergency theatre staff on call which these hospitals they have all there operating theatre have the need to cater from general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, histortomy surgery, ent surgery ect instead of transporting them maitland hospital for emergency surgery
