Stop the Mass Killing of Male Chicks

Every year, billions of male chicks are killed by hatcheries within hours of hatching, simply because they cannot lay eggs and aren't suitable for meat production. This is a cruel and inhumane practice that happens out of sight, but not out of responsibility.

Male chicks are sent through grinders, suffocated in bags, or thrown away alive. These are living creatures — and they deserve better.

We are calling on governments, farms, and food companies around the world to:

Ban the culling of male chicks in all commercial hatcheries

Support kinder alternatives that protect all animals

Educate the public about where their food comes from and how animals are treated

Every chick deserves a chance to live.
