Bring Payroll Back to the UK

Payroll should be bought back and run in the UK. The venture to outsource payroll to India has been a catastrophic failure. It defeats the object of payrolls being run in India if the UK team have to end up running them at the very last minute literally. Multiple issues and concerns have been raised and have not been addressed by senior management. This has just been brushed under the carpet. Senior management should look into this with immediate effect as this is having a detrimental impact on UK staffs health and moral.
