Michiganders against new road taxes

This petition is to collect as many signatures from actual taxpayers in the state of Michigan. Our goal is to thwart the Governors move to expand the gasoline tax by 45 cents to the highest total in the nation. There has been a large amount collected from taxes raised for this a number of years ago with over one billion collected. We hope to force the current administration to look into the funds collected and find them so they can be used as presented. We want the taxes to be distributed to each county as collected with full transparency on which road, and which firm will be used to do the work and the cost.
