We demand to the right of a United race council!

To end all racial tensions by building a United race council and appoint each race a head of it's race in racially fueled problems have a fair council of me and other members of different races to take charge in racially motivated issues and be the judges and let members of that victim or criminal be judged and or forgiven by his own race and I want this to become a part in America to help educate and protect individuals from Injustice it's time we become the nation to do this now and forever I want to be the president of the council so I can help our brothers in need to not have to face this great crime anymore but to help and build from each other to be fair and just and punish those that do bad but hold every races banner together out of pride and respect for each other to end the hate between each people but to be able to assist and gain from one another
