Investigate "persistent contrails" in our skies

Many people are concerned about the "persistent contrails" or "chemtrails" that often turn clear skies into high haze in a matter of a few hours.  Moreover, extremely high levels of aluminum particles and other toxic metals are being found in soils and water by independent testing, with no known source.  There is evidence in government patents for a possible secret weather modification program, in which airplanes spray the skies with particulate material to reflect back sunlight.  Please investigate this situation and declassify all information about any such programs.  Cut carbon use, develop renewable energy sources, and CONSERVE.  Don't poison our air, water, and soil in an untested program such as this appears to be.
