Petition to have the Philadelphia Flyers relocated

Before the Flyers the NHL rule book was as thin as a hand out from the Mormon church. After the Broadstreet Bullies incident they had to make all new rules to hinder the Flyers. The Flyers are a criminal organization with the biggest crook of all Ed Snider ruining the NHL.
