Stop one partisan-appointed federal judge from overruling the order of a duly elected president

In essence, one politically-biased federal judge today has more authority than a president elected by all the people. One federal judge tried to prevent all America's women from access to an abortion medicine and one federal judge is now trying to prevent a presidential order from being put into effect at our southern border which affects all of America. This should not happening! Congress needs to pass legislation that puts limits on the authority of one federal judge such that one federal judge cannot overrule a presidential order or inflict their often politically-biased opinions on Americans who do not live within their judicial district.
