Bring Back CPIP!

HELP US BRING BACK CPIP!!! CPIP stands for Club Penguin Improvement Project. It was a special project launched in 2008 for all penguins to help out on special test servers. But sadly, they closed it down because penguins were using it to hack Beta Hats and other items from Club Penguin... But not many penguins got to participate in this special project. So now we want Club Penguin to reopen CPIP, and give more penguins they enjoyment of it!
