Grant the Arkansas River Environmental Personhood

The time is now to take action to protect our environment. It is imperative that we take legal action to give the Arkansas River the same rights as humans. We can start a movement with one river at a time. Once the Arkansas River is given Environmental Personhood, legal action can be taken against anyone who harms the river.
