Newlon Housing Association to change BSW Heating contractor

Newlon Housing Association that we rent from use this horrendous company to deal with any heating, hot water, boiler, gas issues and gas safety. I have lived in my property for more than three years and have had nothing but issues with them. They never turn up to appointment even though you take a day off of work for the appointment and loose money, the managers say they will call you back and they don't. They allow you to go without a boiler for very long time - they then come to fix the boiler but there is now another issue on the boiler. This company is absolutely disgusting with their service and their lack of care! As I assume every single flat having an issue with BSW Heating, I created this petition and kindly ask everyone who lives in the building to sign it if your at the same page with me. Kind Regards
