To keep Doug Mathieson as a superintendent and from losing his job

Doug does great at his job tenants love him. Dougs buildings are clean and has been there for all of his tenants. He will lose his place and be out on the street, Doug has been here for 30 years and loves his job. One of the other people here don't like Doug so there getting him fired. Please help Doug save his job.
