Stop Child Abuse - Support HR 911

It is a sad fact that the United States has not protected the human rights of children in private residential treatment and wilderness camps.

These programs remain largely unregulated and terrible abuse happens while children are kept from communicating with their families and getting advocacy for even their most basic needs. The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee needs to schedule a hearing on HR 911  the Stop Child Abuse in Residential Programs for Teens Act of 2009.
