Double jeporady

My Father is going through something called double jeporady. He had done his time he was sentenced to for the crime he has committed. And is being forced to do his sentence for the second time. I would like for the parole board at algoa prisson to look into it and correct the mistakes. If my father is forced to face the time he has already completed then the prison will be faced with owing my father a large amount of money for him doing his sentence twice. Id like algoa to look into it and fix the problem to my father can come home to his family.
