Remove Tim Trow As President of The THS.
The OSPCA has started an investigation into the lack of care being received by the animals at the THS. This is due to reports of neglect, causing suffering and death, from past employees, veterinary staff and volunteers. They will also be investigating misappropriation of funds used for unnecessary litigation.
For a very long time people have been reporting that the conditions of the animals at the THS has been substandard and that animals who were suffering were not euthanized due to the policy of the current President Tim Trow.
Removing the affiliation of the Toronto Humane Society is not the route that the OSPCA should take, they should instead be insisting upon the removal of Tim Trow as President and oversee the appointment of a new President.
This petition will be sent to the OSPCA, the Board of Directors of the Toronto Humane Society, and the Humane Society of Canada in the hopes that they can intervene and have a more appropriate President assigned to the Toronto Humane Society.

Dear Animal Welfare Representative,
We are sending this petition in the hopes that the OSPCA will rethink removing the Toronto Humane Society from their affiliation and instead focus on removing the current President, Tim Trow, and appointing a new President in his place.
The Toronto Humane Society has served Toronto for over 100 years, and residents need an alternative to animal control within the city limits. We are concerned that by removing their affiliation, the OSPCA will allow the conditions to continue to deteriorate for the animals and will eventually lead to the closing of the shelter.
Please reconsider your objective, and instead push for a new President to be appointed.
