Stop Spending My Money On Stupid $h!t

 This petition hereby declares that all government within the United States
shall Quit spending the money of it's citizens so foolishly.

  That all United States Government Agencies and Seperate State Agencies within
the United States in which currently exist and thereby may exist in the future, shall cease spending
the money of United States citizens'on things the United States citizens
do not necessarily  need.

  Upon agreement of this petition the effective date shall fall immediately.
