This petition is to give voice to the opinions against the development and rezoning of the land that is to be "Monrovia Town Center".  
Local residents who will be adversely impacted by this rezoning as well as the lack of accountability of the developer for financial impacts regarding APFO and DRRA are encouraged to sign, write your own worded message and submit this to help make your voice heard.  Please write letters to your local and state politicians, as well.
